Please only use this form to book your party date once it has all been confirmed by The Slimey Unicorn and you have already paid your deposit separately. Parties are not confirmed unless deposit has been paid.

Cancellation Policy

Please read our booking policy before booking your party, booking and paying your deposit confirms that you agree to our terms and conditions. Cancellations Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the party start time. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Deposits. Deposits are non refundable at any time. Travel charges. A travel charge of 75p per mile will be applied if you are over 10 miles from B46 2EB. Only use our booking form if you have had a date, time and location already confirmed by ourselves, it is not access to our diary and the bookings will not be honoured and deposits not refunded if not previously agreed.
